I started doing intermittent fasting at the beginning of February this year. So far I have lost inches around my waist and thighs. Why is this so important to me? Feeling good in my clothes has been my goal for over a year. It has been a long journey to figure out what works for me. If you are like me, intermittent fasting is what works. The reason it works for me is during my fasting I have time to think. Food cravings are my worst enemy. When I first started fasting, it was so hard to stop thinking about food. I was hungry because it was new for my body to adjust. This process took about 2 weeks for me to get more comfortable about fasting. What I realized was thinking about food was me avoiding something. I started asking myself questions about “why am I thinking about food?” This allowed me to see that I was using food to mask feelings and emotions I didn’t want to deal with. Now with all these emotions, hunger, and changes happening with my body and mind I needed support. I searched for intermittent fasting Facebook Groups to join. It was sort of helpful but I didn’t find the connection I was looking for. As a Habit Coach I decided to create my own Facebook Group to help ladies with the same struggles. That is when Womens IF Connection Facebook group was born. Come join us if you are ready to be successful with your intermittent fasting journey. https://facebook/groups/womensIFconnection
